以確保在維護期間不會受到過多影響。

Dear valued customers,

We would like to inform you that, in order to enhance network performance, the Hong Kong Data Center is planning an expansion

and upgrade of the core router. 

Period of Maintenance:

between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM on January 6th 2024. 

Scope of Work:

Expansion and Upgrade of Core Router in Hong Kong Data Center: We will be expanding and upgrading the core router to enhance

network capacity and performance.

Impact:

During the upgrade period, there will be interruptions to routing towards China. For other international routes, we anticipate normal

operations. However, in extreme cases, short interruptions may occur, but we will strive to minimize downtime.

Please make advance preparations for business traffic scheduling to ensure minimal impact during the maintenance window. We 

apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and support for STARCLOUD GLOBAL.

We assure you that we will try our best to minimize business interruption during the maintenance period.
