         感謝您一直以來對星雲國際有限公司（STARCLOUD GLOBAL PTE LTD）的信任與支持。近期，受到中國移動國際有限公司（CMI）頻寬成本大幅上漲及香港中華電力公司自2023年1月1日起大幅上調電力成本的雙重影響，我們不得不做出調整部分產品價格的艱難決定。對此我們深感抱歉並期望您能諒解。該調整將於2023年5月1日生效，具體方案如下：

         1. “BGP(多線)優品”和“BGP(多線)站群”線路下 20Mbps 系列產品售價保持不變，但頻寬升級單價將從 55 HKD/Mbps 調整至 160 HKD/Mbps。50Mbps/100Mbps 系列產品做下架處理，如需更大頻寬，請選擇在 20Mbps 系列產品基礎上升級頻寬。

        2. 已購買 50Mbps/100Mbps 系列的產品，在續費時將按照調整後價格執行。升級部分將享有 20% 優惠（即升級頻寬單價按照 160 * 80% = 128 HKD/Mbps/月 計算）。

        3. “BGP(多線)國際”線路將取消所有直達中國大陸的路由，改為繞行國際運營商出口。如需直連中國大陸路由，請選擇“BGP(多線)精品”和“BGP(多線)優品”系列產品。

Dear Customer,

       Thank you for your ongoing trust and support for STARCLOUD GLOBAL PTE LTD. Recently, due to the significant increase in bandwidth costs from China Mobile International Limited (CMI) and the substantial increase in electricity costs by Hong Kong's China Light & Power Company since January 1, 2023, we have had to make the difficult decision to adjust the prices of some of our products. We deeply apologize for this and hope for your understanding. The adjusted prices will take effect on May 1, 2023, with the following specific plan:

     1. The selling prices of 20Mbps series products under the "BGP (Multi-line) Premium" and "BGP (Multi-line) Site Group" lines will remain unchanged, but the unit price for bandwidth upgrades will be adjusted from 55 HKD/Mbps to 160 HKD/Mbps. The 50Mbps/100Mbps series products will be discontinued. If you need a larger bandwidth, please choose to upgrade the bandwidth based on the 20Mbps series products.

    2. For customers who have already purchased 50Mbps/100Mbps series products, the renewal will be executed at the adjusted price. The upgraded part will enjoy a 20% discount (i.e., the unit price for upgrading bandwidth will be calculated as 160 * 80% = 128 HKD/Mbps/month).

    3. The "BGP (Multi-line) International" line will cancel all direct routes to Mainland China and switch to international carrier exit routes. If you need a direct connection to Mainland China, please choose the "BGP (Multi-line) Boutique" and "BGP (Multi-line) Premium" series products.
